Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Youngo Biotechnology Official Store. We specialize in exporting high-quality dental supplies worldwide.

1.Orders are processed within 3–5 business days.  

- Delays may occur for:  

  - Custom/bulk orders (notified in advance).  

  - Verification required for high-value shipments.  

2.orders normally shipped by international express like DHL,UPS, FEDEX....,about one week to arrive after shipping.

- International shipments may incur customs fees, taxes, or import duties...according to buyers’ government requirement, payable by the buyer.  

- We declare accurate product values but cannot predict or cover these charges. Contact your local customs office for estimates.  

 

3.Order Tracking

A tracking number will be informed once your order ships.  

- For lost/delayed packages:  

  - Email us at support@youngolives.com within 30 days after shippment

- Contact the carrier first with your tracking number.  

4. Shipping Delays & Liability

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  - Customs clearance.  

  - Incorrect shipping addresses (ensure accuracy at checkout!).  

  - Natural disasters or carrier strikes.  

- Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of order placement.  

 

5. Returns & Damaged Shipments

- If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the box and contents and email us within 24 hours.
