1.Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Â
- Delays may occur for: Â
  - Custom/bulk orders (notified in advance). Â
  - Verification required for high-value shipments. Â
2.orders normally shipped by international express like DHL,UPS, FEDEX....,about one week to arrive after shipping.
- International shipments may incur customs fees, taxes, or import duties...according to buyers’ government requirement, payable by the buyer. Â
- We declare accurate product values but cannot predict or cover these charges. Contact your local customs office for estimates. Â

3.Order Tracking
A tracking number will be informed once your order ships. Â
- For lost/delayed packages: Â
  - Email us at support@youngolives.com within 30 days after shippment
- Contact the carrier first with your tracking number. Â
4. Shipping Delays & Liability
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
  - Customs clearance. Â
  - Incorrect shipping addresses (ensure accuracy at checkout!). Â
  - Natural disasters or carrier strikes. Â
- Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of order placement. Â
